blindlove
Five blind Indian poets
Finished their thesis
On the shape of the Elephant
And packed to Paris
To tour and relax.
Guided by a French Girl
Fragrant with golden voice
Ascended and descended
The tower of the Eifel
Touched the iron rods
The five poets with chewing gum
Wondered how tall it would be.
.
“Earth holding this giant pencil
Draws a circle on a blue paper”
She gave a Swiss chocolate .
Patting the cheek of first poet
For his comment so childish.
“ The earth is also a blind planet
It goes around with this
Walking stick”
She touched his shoulder
And presented German shoes
for the second poet.
“When all the nations are united
To make one earth- one country
Let its flag fly high atop
This flag mast”
She gifted a case of perfumes
Assorted of many aroma
Tapping the back of
The third poet.
“ My Lord Almighty
Shall descend down
This divine ladder
To deliver his message
For me to sing”
She shook the hands
To give the fourth a Bluetooth
Hand phone momento.
And …
The fifth one smiled and said
“Ever since this tower was erected
Earth is making love with the sky”
.
The four returned to India
While the fifth stayed
With the girl guide
For the rest of his life
At her request

CITY OF CLONES
Once I heard a lonely surfing voice the sweetest,
While driving cyberway, that was an accident.
She, secretly seeking a Natural human, was telling
‘Petal and Sepal could not make a flower of her willing.’
She planned my entry into their city in disguise
Sent fake skin fingerprints to cheat surveillance
So trespassing the land of Genrich humans
I thanked the sleeping idiotic robo machines.
Walking along the lanes I saw, eyes on sales,
Permit organ shops, duty free, for their errand men
Or the clan of clone countries, visiting patrons,
And warning signs like ‘Beware of body bandits.’
Trained monkeys driving the cabs by remote,
Dogs in uniform bells, patrolling every street,
The brain smart pets created by Her
In the experiments of intelligent animal store.
I slipped through underground lab to her room
Felt my feet jumping to the beats of shivering heart
Astonished She came close smelled touched hot
And embraced like the dress of a bridegroom.
Brain and beauty blended breed she might
Be the most intellect and the prettiest of all
The clonekind ever known but defiantly fight
And break the regime of clones was her goal.
On the way to natural earth, she showed white clad
Enhanced men manipulating double helix ribbons
Proud faced for their super pseudo clone- world
Modifying Genomes for their own designs.
In a sudden turn, the sirens of their red alert
Started to chase us; we fled in the rout
To escape, but spotted, were riding in ultra speed
With her loyal monkey often sound sighed.
Seeing a temple I bowed and prayed a while but
She laughed; that was a cloned god and tomb,
Groups among the clones even fight their theories out.
I said ‘The Shrine Of All Religions is a Mother’s Womb’
Then our leading Light, the Truth, Path and Life
Showed our way out of the Nonsense City of clones.
Preparing a homely meals waited, She, my wife
In an African Village where I was walking over the stones.

THE HOLE
The whole world is concerned
About the Hole in the south,
Only when they see headlines
Sometime in the Sunday editions.
Members of the United Nations
Are discussing for decades
off the records,
But confused on what is
White House and Greenhouse.
The world leaders
Climb at Summit but
Cannot see the hole above
After getting Warm welcome
Devil’s nostril expands
Inhales more dirty gases
People of the tiny islands
Are dancing with tourists
Ignorant of the raising sea
Fast wetting their own feet.
No God can Sew
Solve and Save
Defend yourself
My dear man
Think about this hole
First.

EARTH BREATHES
When the earth breathes
The surface rises and falls
Like a stomach
Let us see this
From a mountain top
All the forests and rivers
Are waving together
Like a saree
Drying in the breeze
See there, the seas filled
In the crater of the earth
Are throwing away the tides
Of extra height
The tower buildings
From New York to Kuala Lumpur
Are springing up and down
For those sleeping in the office chairs
Well, their buildings are now cradles
The people are moving
Without their knowledge
How can these fools know
That the earth breathes
When they cannot feel
The rotation of their own planet?
But thank god
The earth has not
Started breathing that way

ALL MAY BE UNTRUE
Through a falling apple
The earth showed her nature
The water was heartless
In making a man
To run naked
The fire of matter
Was burning in the brain of a
Patent clerk of a cold country
The whole sky was shrunk
In to the mind of a
Crippled man moving in a
Wheeled chair
Who knows?
Someone is borne already
To prove all the above untrue

NOTHING
Your hurricane drilled your atom,
Chased away all those electrons spinning
Made two pizzas out of protons, digested,
And reduced neutrons to nil, finally
You are left with nothing.
Your extra heat exploded the beaker
Splashing acid and glass on the face,
Now you are skin burnt and unrecognised
By anyone you know so far.
And even by yourself.
Your research monkey entered the
DNA garlands, cracked the
Peace loving genes and cells,
Challenging the nature or god
Sure you are going to grow a tail,
A back evolution, believe me,
I am the neo Darwin, ushering
Our drowning towards nothing
Even before the doomsday

GOOD MORNING
Just a while before in the mid night
I found and chanted a mantra to
Clear all the weapons of mass destruction
Now sleeping tired I see a dream of smiles.
The morning star peeps with surprise to see
Tender leaves born again in a dead tree
The Satan finding no more way to preach
And sell its demons, decides to flee
For committing suicide, reaches the mountain peak
To roll and fall into the sea.
Having lost its sharp beak and nails
The vultures are now pigeons
The buds add extra sweet in the honey
To serve the celebrations
Of the new dawn
As I open my eyes, the dream continues
In the reality like the natural beauty
Emerging from the darkness to the light
The lock is broken to release the Love again
From today the regime of peace is restored
Good morning to all of you.

DAYDREAMER
Cat-walking the pedestrian cross
Smiling at the red sign post
Half exposed can say almost nude
Except for the colourful bands
She greets ‘Halo’ to unknown men
A torn jeans man asks ‘when?’ and ‘where?’
Not knowing she is not a whore,
Not knowing she is a Daydreamer.
She wears sandals on the wrong foot
Goes shopping to buy some fruits
Picks men’s cologne for daily use
The sales girl praises her choice to gift,
Not knowing she is a Daydreamer.
She tries to call her first lover
Dialling again her own number
Talks to herself in the library hall
Searches cookery in the History shelf
Almost enters the Men’s toilet
Not knowing what she is doing,
She takes much care to toast the bread
With pure butter to shine like gold
Makes a sandwich nice smelling
Feeds the dog in her dining
But eats the food bought for dog
Not knowing how it tastes.
She ties the watch dial over the skin
Waiting for a taxi long in vein
Missing the cabs stands in the rain
Does she expect a driver handsome?
Or invites cold for care from her mum?
Yes of course her mother comes there
With a flowery umbrella kindly to share
It is true,
A mother knows well her daughter,
For others eyes she is a Daydreamer.

BIRD SHOP
Rainbow wings forgot to fly
Cage is the sky
Parrots and sparrows
Orchestra in the shop stage
Lightning visit by
A few free sparrows
In the opening hours
Consolation
From the bird watching post
Outside the shop
Can see sample sky and trees
Water in printed China clay
Not enough for the quest
Nest and branches
Only in dreams
Chances may be dry
But hopes are high
Spending hot nights inside the
Closed shops
Expecting cold breeze and the
Morning rays

SMILE
If a row of teeth
Can present a smile
Well
All buried skeletons
Are happy to do that.
If smiling means
Widening your lips
Well
That is no more than
Stretching a rubber band
From a heart of no fault
Kindness Innocence and Care
The bubbling joy can
Coat a smile on blank face
Just like putting flowers in the
Empty vase.
